Women Welfare Society Meluri Town (WWSMT) organized a seminar under the theme “role of women in the society” and “women education and empowerment” at Meluri village council hall on August 26.
The resource persons included National Highway, Meluri sub-division, junior engineer, Gracy Nyuwi and Tenyimia Baptist Church, Meluri town, associate pastor Grace Rhakho.
During the seminar, Meluri sub-division, additional deputy commissioner, Dr Tinojonshi Chang exhorted the gathering. The seminar was held successfully with the participation of Pochury Mothers’ Association, Meluri Village Women Society, Khumiasü Village Women Society and well wishers.
