Workshop for micro and small enterprises

Confederation of Indian Industry (CII) Centre of Excellence for Employment & Livelihood (CII CEL) will be organizing a Business Excellence Workshop for micro and small businesses on February 10, 2026, in Dimapur.
The Micro Business Excellence Workshop will be inaugurated in the presence of Kvulo Lorin, chairman, Nagaland Industrial Development Corporation Limited (NIDC), and Hokhuli Sema, chairperson, CII Nagaland State Council. According to CII CEL, the workshop is aimed at empowering entrepreneurs in and around Dimapur by providing practical insights into key business areas such as profit and loss management, risk assessment, balance sheet analysis, sales strategy, cash flow optimization, and marketing. Participants will also be given the opportunity to join the Dimapur Entrepreneurs Development Forum, which offers one year of free handholding support.
