One-day workshop on “Efficiency & Positivity in a work place” for non-teaching staff under the staff Development Program was organized by Internal Quality Assurance Cell (IQAC), Zunheboto Government College (ZGC) on August 18.
A press release from ZGC stated, ZGC principal Dr. K. Kalito Chishi, urged the non-teaching staff to retrospect the efficiency in their assigned respective works.
In the first session, SDO PHED Zunheboto Er. Beto T.Jimo, spoke on skills of an efficient office staff and stressed on the importance of communication skills, basic computer literacy skills, organization skill, strategic planning, critical thinking, technical skills, adaptability, stress management, negotiation skills and stewardship skills etc.
Staff worker, UESI, Zunheboto Toli K Assumi, in the second session emphasized on the qualities of positive and negative work attitude. The workshop ended with interaction and question hour and certificates were distributed to all the participants.
