Workshop on protected structures & hydroponics

One day workshop on various protected structures for horticulture crops and hydroponics cultivation was organised by the Central Institute of Horticulture (CIH) Medziphema, Nagaland at CIH campus, Medziphema on October 26.


A press release by CIH Medziphema stated that the workshop was organised with the objective to disseminate technical knowledge on various protected structures for horticulture crops and hydroponics cultivation.


During the workshop, key resource person, NCPAH executive director, Dr. Anand Zambre delivered detailed presentation on different types protected structures and cultivation of high value crops under hydroponics.


CIH Nagaland technical consultant, Arvind Singh gave a lecture on floriculture cultivation under protected cultivation. Altogether, 68 participants comprising of horticulture officers from horticulture, entrepreneurs and FPC members attended the workshop.
