In commemoration of National Rural drinking Water and SanitationAwareness Week from March 16-22, a one day workshop for WATSAN committee under Mokokchung Division was organized by PHED, Mokokchung Division, and sponsored by Water & Sanitation Support Organization (WSSO) at Longkumer Kilem, Mokokchung, on March 18.
During the workshop, EE PHED, Mokokchung Division, Er. N Yanger Pongen discussed in detail the powers and functions of WATSAN committee. The workshop was attended by chairmen and secretaries from 50 different villages under Mokokchung Division.
