WSSD observed in Nagaland

Along with the rest of the World, the Nagaland State Bharat Scouts & Guides (NSBSG) observed the World Scouts Scarf Day (WSSD) on Monday.
NSBSG Kohima, State training Commissioner (S) R. Albert Solo said that August 1 was observed as the World Scouts Scarf Day, in their troop & company by wearing their scarf whole day. 
World Scout Scarf day is a recent effort to encourage active and former scouts worldwide to wear their neckerchiefs in public annually on August 1 as a symbol of the scout promise and the spirit of scouting.
