WSSU bandh

Requesting all citizens to co-operate with its proposed Dimapur bandh on July 11 in protest against gross violation of human rights, the Western Sumi Students’ Union (WSSU) has informed that the bandh will take effect from 6 am till 6 pm. WSSU president, Kaino Chishi in a press comminique said that paramilitary, police, fire brigade, press media and medical personnel would be exempted from the purview of the bandh.
