YMC observes 4th parting social

Yemhi Memorial College (YMC), Dimapur observed its 4th parting social on March 27 at the college premises. 

A press release from YMC Dimapur stated that YMC principal, Makhan Chetia, exhorted the students and dwelt on the importance of hard work, sincerity and dedication to achieve goals in life. Assistant professor, department of Sociology, Toyeto Chishi, spoke on behalf of teachers and a speech on behalf of the outgoing students was delivered by Anguvi A Aye of BA 6th semester.
The program was chaired by Orenvungo Bendang Ao, of BA 4th semester. Pastor of Word to the World Church, Dimapur, Akho Punyu, offered a dedicatory prayer for the outgoing students; a welcome speech was delivered by president YMCSC, L. Hotoyi Sumi. BA 2nd semester students presented a farewell song; Sontin Singson gave a special presentation for the outgoing students; and vote of thanks was proposed by general secretary YMCSC, Daniel Yeptho.
