Zuketsa Area Public Organisation (ZAPO) held its 52nd general session on January 25, 2025 at ZAPO Hall at Hq Zuketsa. The session was graced by Wepekha Wetsah, president, Kuzha Tephe Public Organisation as speaker.
His speech focused on the importance of brotherhood relation among Kuzha Netho Kethsü villages i.e Leshemi-Lasumi-Zapami village. He also stressed on the importance of preserving the identity of Kuzha Netho Kethsü and building leadership. Short speech was delivered by Er. Lhiwepe Khutso, president, ZAPO Kohima Unit.
Earlier, the program was led by Neipetso Lomi, joint secretary of ZAPO. Welcome address and presidential address was delivered by Sabou Krome, invocation by Lhouwekhra Sara, associate pastor, Leshemi Baptist Church and general secretary report by Rite Khutso.
Vote of thanks was tendered by Zewekha Wetsah, treasurer of ZAPO and benediction by Senokhape Chierie, pastor, Lasumi Christian Revival Church. At the session the resolution of ZAPO 2025 was also adopted.
Meanwhile, a new team of office bearers for the tenure 2025-2027 was elected to be led by Kedoutsolhi Wetsah as president and Nyitso Therie as general secretary along with other executives.
At the session, Zuketsa Students Union new office bearers for the tenure 2025-2027 was also inducted with Wetekhro Therie as president and Zhiekhwe Zhiemi as general secretary along with other executives.
