Zeliangrong Baudi Nagaland (ZBN) has expressed its pain and sorrow over the sudden demise of late Lungdaile, President of Zeliangrong Mipui Organization, who passed away on January 28.
In a message, ZBN has described her as one of the first lady officers among the Zeliangrong community who had served in the capacity of Sub-Divisional Information Officer (SDIO) in Peren district, an advisor of Naga Mothers’ Association (NMA) and an advisory Board member of the Nagaland State Social Welfare till her demise.
ZBN said her association and working experience was a source of strength for ZBN and her sincere, prayerful nature as motherly figure has contributed immensely to Zeliangrong community in particular and the Nagas in general.
ZBN lamented that her demise has created vacuum in the community which would be difficult to replace for long time to come. Community also expressed its profound gratitude to Lt. Lungdaile and family members for the contribution and support rendered to Zeliangrong people. ZBN has further conveyed condolence to the bereaved family and prayed for the departed soul to rest in peace.
