A team of Zeliangrong Baudi Nagaland (ZBN) carried out an inspection of National Highway 129A Dimapur – Maram Road package I (17.2 km) which starts from Tepuiki Bridge to Peletkie junction.

In a press release, ZBN said during an interaction with the contractors, the team pointed out the slow pace of construction and asked them to strictly adhere to the time schedule and quality.

Taking into account the ongoing monsoon, ZBN said the team “realised the difficulties”, however, stressed on “full concentration” as soon as the dry season begins.

Further, ZBN said it would be monitoring the construction by deploying volunteers in collaboration with site engineers of National Highways and Infrastructure Development Corporation Limited (NHIDCL).
