Zunheboto district administration organised a farewell programme for three outgoing officers at Deputy Commissioner (DC)’s conference hall on March 3, under the chairmanship of SDO (c) Renbemo Ezung.
According to DIPR report, DC Zunheboto, Peter Lichamo shared that there were seven officers including the outposts who were leaving the district and that all the outgoing officers were efficient in the jobs assigned to them. He appreciated and thanked them for being sincere towards the department and also acknowledged the valuable contributions to the district.
DC on behalf of the district administration and citizens of Zunheboto thanked and wished the best to the outgoing officers on their future endeavours.
While delivering their speeches, outgoing officers, ADC (hq) Hito Sema, EAC (dev) Er. Mechietsho Koza and EAC (hq) Orenthung Kikon recollected the fond memories during their brief stay at Zunheboto district.
ADC thanked his staff from ZTC for always being cooperative.
Both thanked the DC and regarded him as a fatherly figure and that the things they learnt from him would guide them on their new assignments.
Mechie also thanked his colleagues and his development branch while Orenthung appealed to the staff to continue to be sincere and to build a positive reputation for Zunheboto district.
Earlier, the programme began with invocation from UDA Kaholi, speeches on behalf of staff, DBs and ZTC was delivered by Newto A, PA to DC Vikheho and office superintendent (ZTC) Vihuli while vote of thanks was delivered by EAC (judl), N Nyamok Konyak.
