Zunheboto Chambers of Commerce and Industries (ZCCI) conducted a mass social work on December 15, where all the businessmen cleaned their establishments and surroundings.
A press release by ZCCI president, Kikheto Muru and media affairs Holoka T. Sumi stated that, during the social works all the shops were closed and businessmen also gave their full cooperation. ZCCI office bearers and executives were divided into groups and distributed the work accordingly. Activities included cleaning of roads, drainages and the entire town and washing away of dust and dirt. Department like PHED, DEF Zbto, Assam Rifles, and NFES also provided water trucks for the social work.
