ZOAN felicitates HSLC 2025 Top 20 achievers

Zeliang Officers’ Association Nagaland (ZOAN) organised a felicitation programme for the HSLC 2025 Top 20 achievers at the conference hall of the Deputy Commissioner’s office, New District Headquarters, Peren on June 16.
A DIPR report informed that Deputy Commissioner Peren, Hiazu Meru, congratulated the achievers for bringing laurels to the community. He described the achievement as the beginning of their journey and encouraged them to seek God’s wisdom to face future challenges. He further described them as ambassadors of the district and urged them to contribute their suggestions for improving the education sector and giving back to society.
Regional Passport Officer and Head of MEA Branch, Guwahati, Cherakung Zeliang, also congratulated the students and said their results had raised public expectations. He encouraged them to exceed those expectations and keep striving for further success.
The achievers were felicitated with certificates and cash awards. Topper Lungyihangle expressed gratitude to the association for recognising their efforts.
The programme began with a welcome address by ZOAN general secretary, Peihou Nsarangbe, keynote address by ZOAN president, Keyirangding Hegui, and invocation by Rev. Haiku Nza, pastor, Peren Town. Concluding remarks were delivered by ZOAN vice president, Er. Kewizun Zeliang.
