Zeme Students Union (N) has urged the government to look into the grievances of the “poor and marginalised public” of Nsong area as public had been suffering silently for three decades.
In a press note, ZSU (N) president, Aakam Pame, stated that due to landslide which blocked Herajambak road a social work was organised by Nsong public.
ZSU (N) stated that no repairing or renovation had ever been done even after 28 years and claimed that NST bus for public had to stop its service as road condition was pathetic. Left with no option, the student body said the public had to initiate clearance of the road situated in a disaster prone area at their own expense.
ZSU (N) stated that the poor and pathetic condition of road has hampered the lifeline of Nsong area and student community in particular.
