Zunheboto DPDB meeting held

The monthly meeting of Zunheboto District Planning and Development Board (DPDB) for the month of January was held on January 9 at DC’S conference hall. 
During the meeting, DSO (Statistical), Lhokiye spoke on the need of NST Bus service between Zunheboto to Mokokchung where the board agreed to forward the matter to Transport department. SDO (C), Holohon Yepthomi who is also the Assistant Returning Officer (ARO) highlighted the poll preparation for the forthcoming town council election. 
District Soil Conservation Officer (DSCO), Zhekheto Awomi spoke on Scientific Advisory Committee (SAC) conducted by KVK, Lumami and requested all Agri and Allied departments to attend the programme. 
Medical Superintendent, District Hospital will highlight their activities in the next meeting. Meanwhile, a meeting in connection with forthcoming Republic Day celebration was also held whereby work distributions among various departments were chalked out. 
Further EAC, Kemciyile informed that list of work distribution will be dispatched at the earliest and asked all HODs to comply with the assign duties. Deputy commissioner and vice-chairman, T. Roy, IAS chaired the meeting.
