Apropos the news ‘ZYON agitation kept in abeyance…’, Zeliangrong Youth Organization Nagaland (ZYON) president R John Zeliang has clarified that the meeting was held at the Conference Hall with Commissioner Nagaland and not Commissioner of Police, Dimapur, as stated.
John said that during the meeting, the Commissioner Nagaland requested one month’s time to ensure justice in the Pimla murder incident. In response, ZYON agreed to the extension in the presence of DCs of Peren and Chümoukedima.
