Four teachers from both government and private schools have been honoured with the Kohima District Teacher Award 2024 for their dedication and contribution in the field of education at the District Level Teachers’ Award Ceremony held at Rüzhükhrie Government Higher Secondary School, Kohima on September 3.

Under the promotion of Nagaland State Rural Livelihood Mission, a livelihood support centre and aggregated-cum-retail shop, an initiative of Self Help Group (SHG) was inaugurated on September 3 at Wokha by DC, Wokha, Vineet Kumar. The centre was sponsored by NEEPCO Doyang under CSR.

“Aonsotsu” website, a grocery delivery service, was launched in Mokokchung district on September 2. The website founded by Tzuwasanen, was launched by chairman of Mokokchung Municipal Council (MMC), Imkongchuba after a dedicatory prayer by Yanglu Pongen, Associate Pastor MTBA.
