Pfutseromi celebrates the birthday of a centurion

Villagers of Pfutseromi celebrated the 100th birth anniversary of Werulhi Mero on December 26. Werulhi Mero was born on December 26, 1915 and had adopted Christian faith in 1961. 
He has been a devout Christian since and has read through the entire Holy Bible for 33 times and has great knowledge about the same. He has also served as pastor in Pfutseromi from 1965 to 1971. 
The celebration of the birth of this centurion was graced by senior pastor PVBC, Rev. L. Ritse, Maj Ricky Nagi, Captian Rahul of 9 Assam Rifle under Hq 5 sector Pfutsero town. 
They had also made valuable presentations to Werulhi Mero and his family on the momentous occasion.
