In this regard, the Lotha Hoho chairman Mhao Humtsoe and general secretary Mhondamo Ovung in a press note demanded clarification/reason(s) in written from the RMSA authority on the matter within thirty days.
In a memorandum to the commissioner & secretary, Education Department, the Lotha Hoho pointed out that as per the advertisement, the number of posts for Lotha language teachers was ten and that of Tenyidie was 21.
However, the Hoho said it was surprised to find that the number of teachers appointed as Lotha teachers was only three against 10 posts advertised.
Whereas, it said appointed Tenyidie teachers was 30 against 21 posts advertised, plus five in waiting list.
Hoho said since 12 Lotha candidates sat for the selection interview, the appointment of the 10 Lotha teachers should be done immediately, in order of merit.
