Army holds medical aid camp in Kohima

To provide health care support to the residents of local village a medical aid camp was organized by the Army under the agies of Trinetra division, at Community Hall of Kezobasa village, Kohima district.  
A team of doctors including lady doctors gave medical assistance to approximately 150 people of Kezobasa village and adjoining areas.  Patients underwent health check-ups and were given consultations and medicine free of cost.  
A health awareness booth was also established to address queries and impart health education to the local population through audio and video.  
Later, a talk was also delivered by a specialist medical officer to encourage healthy habits among the population.
