In connection with the ongoing imbroglio over alleged irregularities in RD fund allotments and undue favour shown on a particular village allegedly by Lhoubeilatuo Kire, principal secretary RD, the Kire clan has sought to clarify certain allegation against Lhoubeilatuo.
In a press release, Kire Chienuo president, Dr Kikrukuolie Kire and general secretary, Vilavotuo Kire, stated that Lhoubeilatuo had never served any ultimatum on NPF party or TR Zeliang as alleged.
Rather, they said it was the Kire clan who questioned the conduct of TR Zeliang in the light of instances of personalized allegation.
The signatories said they confirmed from the organizations that Lhoubeilatuo had never lobbied nor rallied support of social organizations for issuing press release in his favour.
Meanwhile, Kire clan warned that if anything happened to Lhoubeilatuo physically or his career, the clan would put the blame on TR Zeliang and hold him responsible.
