CSUTT questions govt. on fund allocation for DIET Tuensang

Chang Students’ Union Tuensang Town (CSUTT) has claimed that Rs. 9 crore allotted for the relocation of DIET Tuensang was never implemented and because of which the institute still lacked proper infrastructure development. Stating that it was a matter of concern, CSUTT press and information secretary Hanso Chang queried where has the money gone that was meant for the people.
CSUTT said people have had “enough of this corruption”, adding that it was high time those responsible were taught lesson. Maintaining that they were neither demanding for any additional fund nor asking from the pockets of the officials, CSUTT said they were demanding for the fund “which is lost in the midway.” It demanded that the concerned department and minister to address the issue at the earliest and cautioned they were physically and mentally prepared to take any course of action.
