CSAUD extends support to SAPO, SAYO

Chakhro Southern Angami Union Dimapur (CSAUD) has extended its “undivided” support to the six point resolution adopted by Southern Angami Public Organization (SAPO) on May 27 at SAPO hall, Jakhama, district Kohima.
In a press release CSAUD president Er. Nizal Tepa and secretary Vitho Zao said the union representing all southern Angami villagers in Dimapur have affirmed that they would strive and support SAPO and Southern Angami Youth Organization (SAYO)’s “fight for our traditional right”.
CSAUD alleged that it was the “childish yet sinister” design of Moa Council to organize bandh on May 23 so as to insist on the government of Manipur to act against SAPO as “encroachers”.  Terming the act as “very immature and irrational”, CSAUD said Mao Council should not “deceive themselves” to gain the support from government of Manipur rather “introspect who the oppressed and oppressors are”.
