Chumoukedima power department informs consumers

Power department Chumoukedima has informed consumers that it will be disconnecting power supply to defaulters of electricity bills, without further notice. A press release from Chumoukedima electrical division, EE Kasho Chishi stated that this information was for consumers under Chumukedima electrical division covering towns and villages under Chumoukedima, Dhansiripar, Niuland, Kuhuboto and Medziphema blocks. In this regard, all consumers have been requested to pay their bills in order to avoid disconnection. Should there be any discrepancy in the bills, the concerned consumers are to contact the office of their respective SDOs (Electrical).
