5 new COVID cases reported in Kohima

Nagaland on Wednesday reported five new COVID-19 cases, all from Kohima taking the total caseload to 12205. As on March 3, active cases in the State stood at 12. 

39,535 doses administered: State Health department Wednesday informed that a total of 39,535 doses of the Covishield Vaccine have been administered across the state till date.

According to state immunization officer (UIP) Dr. Ritu Thurr, 483 senior citizens 60 years and above and 55 beneficiaries with specified comorbidities between 45-59 years were inoculated without any adverse events needing medical interventions.
