GPRN/NSCN ministry of kilo (home) affairs has directed one Carlos Kughato Zhimo, secretary, who defected to NSCN (Niki group) recently, with “government properties” to surrender and hand over all the “government properties” entitled to him within three days w.e.f May 4. GPRN/NCN through its MIP has warned that failure to do so, Carlos K. Zhimo alone would bear sole responsibility “if any unwanted consequences arises between GPRN/NSCN and NSCN (Niki group) in near future.”
