ADC Kohima orders removal of water pipes

Additional Deputy Commissioner Kohima, Lithrongla Tongpi Rutsa in a public notice has stated that water pipelines in the Old Minister Hill Colony, especially between the KMC Chau Parking and Jail Colony Junction, Kohima has completely blocked the drains and culverts, preventing free flow of water, thus causing damage to the public roads.

According to DIPR, the ADC has notified all individuals using those pipes to remove them from the drains within seven days from the date of issue of this notice i.e. July 27, failing which, the authority will take necessary action as deemed fit.
