NPFWO Amul Parlour inaugurated

In collaboration with India’s dairy giant, Amul, the Nagaland Police Family Welfare Organisation (NPFWO) inaugurated Amul Parlour at the Police Headquarters Kohima on Tuesday. The project was launched by Kaisa Rio, wife of chief minister, Neiphiu Rio.


In her address, Kaisa expressed appreciated the initiative and wished the project would become a successful venture to uplift the welfare of the Nagaland Police in particular and the people of Nagaland in general. She congratulated the members of the organization for starting the project which will serve as income generation.

The programme was chaired by Jatila DIG (P & D) and the project report was presented by Nagaland Police Family Welfare Organisation president, Vinita Sharma. Vinita emphasized that the project was taken up without paying any security deposit which was otherwise mandatory for setting up such project for other establishment. The act of blessing and prayer was offered by R. Apokla women leader PUBC and vote of thanks by Polen.
