37 Bn Border Security Force Chedema, Kohima, commemorated its 59th Raising Day on December 1. A press release by 37 Bn BSF stated that Commandant, 37 Bn BSF, Sh Vinod Kumar, graced the occasion, who saluted all BSF troops for their commitment towards securing the country as India’s First Line of Defense and a record of multi-role operation like maintaining internal law and order, curbing terrorism and working 24×7 under hostile conditions.
Exchange of cultural presentation from both former BSF personnel and in service BSF Jawans took place.
