KMC to conduct trade licence inspection

Kohima Municipal Council (KMC) will be carrying out inspection of trade licence from May 6 onwards, and cautioned that defaulters will be imposed a penalty of Rs. 2000.
In this connection, KMC administrator, T Lanusenla Longkumer has asked all concerned to cooperate/coordinate with KMC officials.
In order to avoid impersonation of KMC officials by unscrupulous individuals, the administrator informed that the following should be noted and followed: to insist on a KMC identity card (IC), all fines are to be paid only through receipt; queries/complaint may be made to KMC either in person or through e-mail at kmcnagaland@gmail.com.
