Tikhir Students’ Union (TSU) held its handing-taking over programme on May 4 at its headquarters, Anatongre, wherein the presidential address was delivered by Temong Y Tikhir. The newly inducted officials were Y Lemtimong and Napoleon K as vice president and general secretary along with four other members.
