IVC appeals

Ighanumi Village Council (IVC) has said that “Capt” Akuto hailed from its village and that he is serving in the NSCN (I-M). IVC chairman, Ghunakha Kiba, GBs Jikhapu, Johan and Saikha in a joint appeal however, while stating that the Ighanumi public had no knowledge of who abducted GB Khezheto on June 29 from Kohima at Shalom hotel has appealed the NSCN (I-M) authorities for early and safe release of the GB if “Capt” Akuto was responsible behind the abduction.
