In the run-up to GST Day 2025, the CGST office in Dimapur organised a GST Pakhwada (Fortnight) from June 16 to 30, 2025. The initiative is being held at the CGST Seva Kendra, 5th Floor, Agarwal Tower, NST Colony, City Tower area, I. Vikheshe Road, Dimapur.
In a press release, CGST Dimapur informed that the objective was to facilitate and engage with taxpayers ahead of GST Day, which falls on July 1 and marks eight years since the implementation of the Goods and Services Tax in India.
Activities during the fortnight include an open house session for interaction with trade and industry, and a special GST Help Desk for on-the-spot query resolution. The sessions will run on all weekdays from 11 am to 4 pm.
