He stated that the camp focused on maternal and child health, along with other general health services.
Dr. Ezung informed that an ultrasound machine was brought for antenatal check-ups and urged beneficiaries to avail the facility. He also acknowledged the support of Lakhuti Village Council chairman Mhonthung Yanthan for mobilizing participants and facilitating the camp.
During the camp, antenatal check-ups were conducted for six pregnant women, general health check-ups for ten lactating mothers, along with General OPD services, eye screening, and AB-PMJAY/CMHIS card generation. Nutritional supplements and free medicines were distributed to beneficiaries.
Information, Education and Communication (IEC) leaflets on immunization, malaria, anaemia, hepatitis, family planning, and rabies were also distributed by ASHA workers.
