NPF issues corrigendum

DIMAPUR, MAY 17 (NPN): Naga People’s Front (NPF) Press Bureau has issued a corrigendum to its May 16 press release on the Sümi Kükami Hoho general conference.
The bureau stated that remarks relating to the proposed ban on religious symbols and stickers on vehicles and the role of churches and NGOs as first responders to social issues were wrongly attributed to minister for Roads and Bridges G. Kaito Aye.
The bureau said that the statement was made by Sümi Kükami Hoho advisor Kashito H. Yeptho and not by Kaito. The bureau regretted the error.
