DIMAPUR: The Phokhungri Area Public Organisation (PAPO) has appreciated Bharat Construction Company Ltd. (BCC) for the satisfactory progress and quality execution of the ongoing two-lane road construction under Package-III (Akhegwo to Avakhung).
In a press release, PAPO stated that its representatives, along with officials of BCC, conducted a joint site inspection of the ongoing road construction works on October 30, 2026, during which the overall progress and execution of the project were found to be highly satisfactory.
The organisation observed that the quality of construction, workmanship and adherence to safety measures were commendable. It also noted that the works were being executed in accordance with the provisions, specifications and standards laid down in the Detailed Project Report (DPR), while progress remained within the stipulated timeframe.
PAPO placed on record its appreciation for the dedication, commitment and quality workmanship demonstrated by BCC and its officials in executing the important road infrastructure project.
The organisation also acknowledged the company’s support, cooperation and assistance extended to the public and society in various ways, stating that its willingness to contribute beyond contractual obligations reflected a sense of social responsibility and commitment towards the welfare and development of the area.
PAPO further appreciated the company’s efforts in maintaining construction quality, adhering to the approved DPR and ensuring timely execution of the project. It urged BCC to maintain the same standards of quality, safety, workmanship and commitment until the successful completion of the entire project.
