Art exhibition underway at SHSS

To promote art as an expression of ideas, Stella Higher Secondary School (SHSS) is organizing a weeklong art exhibition at its school premise, Saturday.
Speaking to Nagaland Post, Administrator SHSS, Thejavino Krose said that students of Class 5, 6 and 7 have made arts in the exhibition from recyclable materials.
She said that the idea of the exhibition was to incorporate not only academic but also expression of ideas through art which is a “first of its kind” initiative in the school.
She said that SHSS part time Art teacher, Ursina Krose taught art step by step and not in a conventional way.
Krose informed that anyone could witness the art exhibition, which would go on for one week. She said that appreciation of the children’s art would bring out the best from each child.
