Awareness against bullying organized for students

A play aimed to raise awareness about the consequences of bullying, its impacts on individuals, and the importance of fostering a culture of kindness and empathy, was organised by the first-year students of the MGM Education Department and Life Skill program on at MGM School.


A press release by MGM stated that the play, titled “Breaking the Chains of Bullying,” brilliantly depicted bullying experienced by students. The release informed that Head of Department (HoD), Nimmi Varghese, recognizing the significance of addressing bullying within the school community, proposed the idea as part of the students’ curriculum.


She believed that allowing students to actively participate in creating awareness against bullying not only empowers them but also fosters a more inclusive and harmonious environment within the school.


MGM School, principal, Reji Abraham, applauded the initiative taken by the students and conveyed the necessity of having a supportive environment for the development of students and enlightened about anti-bullying.
