‘Dialogue’ held at DGC

DIMAPUR

Department of Philosophy of Salesian College of Higher Education, and Dimapur Govt. College, jointly organised a “Dialogue”, at Dimapur Government College (DGC), under the theme, “Bridging minds, building meaning”.
A press release by DGC stated that faculty members and students of the department from both colleges engaged in fruitful dialogue on two topics, “Students in the age of technology and AI” and “The relevance of philosophy today”.
The dialogue touched aspects such as “How technology and AI are changing educational landscape”, “Benefits of technology, and associated challenges”, “How philosophy helps in engaging with issues critically”, and the need to understand and engage with philosophy at the roots in order to make philosophy more meaningful.
