Dimapur police organize debate on human rights

Dimapur police on Tuesday conducted the 13th edition of district debate on the topic “Naga women enjoy equal opportunities with men in Naga society”.

During the debate, commissioner of police, Limasunep Jamir who graced the event, appraised the gathering on the evolving importance of human rights issue.

The debate session was moderated by ACP Temsunochet Changkija with DCP traffic, administrator DMC and vice principal PTS Chumukedima in the panel of judges.

Altogether 14 participants took part in the competition. Prizes were distributed to the best speakers at the end of the programme.
