State chief minister Neiphiu Rio has expressed deep sorrow over the demise of Vicky Sakhrie, wife of late Dr. H. Vizadel Sakhrie, former minister, on November 1.
Describing her as a kind, patient, and God-fearing woman, Rio said she was a devoted wife, mother and a grandmother who supported her husband’s political journey. “The void left by her can never be filled, but let us praise God for the wonderful person she was and cherish every memory she left behind,” he stated.
He conveyed heartfelt condolences to the bereaved family.
