A two-day conference of all NCC groups of NE region, was held on February 27 and 27, at NER Dte, Shillong.
According to PRO (Defence), Group Commanders of all eight groups, namely Shillong, Guwahati, Tezpur, Imphal, Silchar, Dibrugarh, Kohima and Jorhat, attended the conference.
The conference was chaired by Major General, VSM, ADG NER Dte, Bipin Bakshi, where he congratulated all Gp Cdrs for excellent performance of NCC Cadets of NER Contingent, at RDC2020, which swept away Republic day competitions from January 1 to 28, held at New Delhi.
Future blueprint of forthcoming year was also formulated, regards to training and growth of NCC cadets in NE Region and extending reach of NCC in far flung areas in the region.
