DIMAPUR, MAY 30 (NPN): Naga People’s Front (NPF) has relieved O. Watimeren Jamir from his post as general secretary (Central) with immediate effect from May 29, 2026.
In a press release issued by its Press Bureau, the party informed that Watimeren has also been placed under suspension from both active and primary membership of the NPF on moral grounds.
The party stated that the suspension would remain in force until further orders.
