A four-day state level Annual Action Plan (AAP) FY 2018-19 roll out and dissemination workshop of Nagaland State Rural Livelihoods Mission (NSRLM) concluded on Friday.
A press release by NSRLM stated that the programme concluded with setting district-wise SMART annual objectives and targets as per the state AAP FY 2018-19 and rolling out of the Performance Management System (PMS) and Staff Performance Plan and Assessment (SPPA).
The release stated that thematic presentations and dissemination on institution building and capacity building — social inclusion-social development –gender; financial inclusion; livelihoods-RSETI and DDU-GKY (skills), SVEP and MKSP; HR; finance; procurement; knowledge management & communication; and monitoring and evaluation/MIS– were done and incorporated by the management units in their respective district annual plans.
As key outcomes of the intensive workshop, NSRLM stated that district and block mission management units have developed their respective quarterly targets with SMART objectives, strategy and expected outcomes for FY 2018-19.
It stated that targeted capacity building plans and calendar were also developed for the staff and community institutions and its members, leaders and cadres.
Performance management system was introduced during the workshop and an exercise was done by participants through the SPPA.
The release also said that the entire process was facilitated by chief operating officer (programs), NSRLM, M. Rollan Lotha; resource persons were- State Anchor for Nagaland, Trivikram who is also Lead Financial Inclusion, National Mission Management Unit, Ministry of Rural Development and National Resource Persons Shivaji N Choudhury, B.K. Basu and Madhabananda Ray.
