Department of power has informed that there would be power shutdown in three districts under Mokokchung transmission division namely Mon, Longleng and also Changtongya and Tuli area under Mokokchung district on November 21, 2019 from 6am to 10am and 2pm to 5pm. In a press release, SDO (Trans) Mokokchung transmission division stated that shutdown was being necessitated in view of conversion of single tension disc insulator to double tension polymer insulator at 66KV Mokokchung-Tuli Transmission line.
