Power shutdown in Wokha and Tseminyu for reconductoring works

DIMAPUR: Department of Power, Electrical Division Wokha has informed that reconductoring/replacement work of the 33 KV HT line under the RDSS Scheme will be carried out from August 12 to 13, 2026.
The scheduled power shutdown timings will be from 10 a.m. to 12 noon and 1 p.m. to 3 p.m. on both days. The affected areas are as follows: Wokha: Tsumang MTC, NST, Airfield, Etsuchukha, Orchid, New Colony, Suren, Midland, Project, Wokha Village, Longsa, Chukitong range, Englan range, Niroyo range, Wozuro range. Tseminyu: Tseminyu Town and adjoining villages. Consumers in the affected areas have been requested to acknowledge the inconvenience caused.
