Happy Father’s Day, Dad.
You’re a crazy man with a gentle heart ; showing me miles of life’s journey and experience before I set a foot into the real world.
I’ve learnt a lot of things from you – from being brave, being strong , being gentle to the ones you love, sacrificing your comfort for something your heart values , standing up and speaking up even when others do not agree but most of all, the way you know God for who He is and not through the words of others.
I really admire how adamant you are about the things you want and go through the bullets of people’s opinions and criticism with a skin so thick that you laugh when people call you crazy because you know you’re doing it right.
I hope this Father’s dya brings you good fortune of favour into your work, that you may not only work and sweat day and night but very soon see the fruits of your labour, may the Lord’s righteous hands protect and cover you from and evil swords thrown your way, may God carry you through thick and thins that you never stumble over stumbling blocks that sets you back,may you rest in comfort,content and grace under the wings of the Father when you lay your head on your pillow every night and may every day of sunrise beam through the windows to whisper to you that you’re on the right path and give you hope every sunrise.
But in all these, may you never overlook all the big and little things in life. To remember that you already have everything you wanted in life, that you only work for a better life but what you have is already a heaven for the little boy who hushes his baby chickens to sleep.

A beautiful-strong- supporting-loving wife who never lets go of your side; your best friend, your mother and your soulmate all in one person. Gosh! In this generation, you guys are the couple we sought to look up to.
Five stubborn beautiful children. Ready to fight for you any day but would let you baby them whenever they fall short of love. The five little humans you and Mum carefully and lovingly nurtured. We are so grateful to be born into your loving arms.
The many people you’ve shouldered , picked up and brushed them into the men and women they are. To give them hope when they’re lost in life, show them the love when they’re not seen by the world and straighten them up when they walk estray.
God must have put a lot of thought into the potion when He was making you. A man that would dagger into any enemy that threatens his family, yet finds time to take his daughters out for dates; a man so faithful to God in life yet so loud and ruthless to fight for what’s right . A man so gentle yet brave and a leader yet a loving husband and father.
I hope you take a breather and stop along the journey sometimes to look back at how much you’ve come. To appreciate what you already have and collect all the million realities you’ve already gotten out of your million dreams.
A man like you deserves a thousand years to fulfil his million dreams and visions because he’s meant to change the world , but this life offers only one life for each one of us and I want you to remember that …
