Tsütuonuomia inter Peli celebrates silver jubilee

Tsütuonuomia Peli Union and Tsütuonuomia youth organization celebrated Tsütuonuomia inter Peli Sekrenyi Rüzhü Silver Jubilee with MLA Keneizhakho Nakhro as the chief guest and vice chairman of T. Khel council as the guest of honour. It was held at Tsütuonuomia ground Kohima village on Thursday.  
Nakhro in his address lauded the organizers for organizing the inter Peli Sekhrenyi sports jubilee programme which should foster unity and develop a sense of competition and oneness among the various Peli unions of the Khel. He appreciated the various activities conducted by the Khel’s Peli for the welfare of the society and encouraged them to bring a good name to village, tribe and state. He reminded the gathering that any game or sport required good organization and discipline for players to reach higher levels.   
The programme was chaired by Dzieseneituo Belho, cultural secretary Tsütuonuomia Peli union, invocation prayer said by Pastor Khedi Baptist Kehou Rev. Pelhousehu Belho, jubilee greeting delivered by president Tsütuonuomia Peli union Visasislie Suohu, folk song presented by Peli union while the vote of thanks was proposed by president Tsütuonuomia yoputh organization Kevisenyü Zatsu.  
Hundred members of Peli no. 7- 18 (age group) conducted a sports & games event after the formal programme  like tug of war, various traditional games and traditional folk songs.
