USSC cautions govt officials

The United Sangtam Students’ Conference (USSC) has notified to all the head of the Departments on transfer with post/attachment without reliever in the department to totally stop this practice within the Sangtam jurisdiction. 
The conference has issued this order owing to random transfer/attachment by the departmental heads taking undue advantage to its people.
In a press release, vice president USSC, Achumba and AGS, USSC, Selicho stated that, “henceforth, violations of this notification, the conference will not compromise in any manner and the concern authority will be held responsible. This order will remain enforced till further notification from the office of the USSC.”
The United Sangtam Students’ Conference also demanded immediate posting of Sub-Divisional Fishery Officer. It stated that since the SDEO Kiphirie had retired since March 3, 2017 there has been no replacement of the same. I
t is also mentioned that Inspector who was transferred out without reliever was yet to be relieved, whereby smooth functioning of the department has been hampered. 
USSC urged concern department to look into the matter on exigency basis and fulfill the demand at the earliest. It also cautioned those HoDs who were very irregular to be regular in their duty. It also stated that many HoDs used to report only at the end of the month for the salary which hampers the functioning of the department. 
The conference warned that it would keep vigil over the irregularities of the HoDs.
